ABOUT THE CENTRAL NEW JERSEY CS EDUCATION HUB
The Center for Excellence in STEM Education (i.e. "The STEM Center") at TCNJ brings together a multidisciplinary team of educators, researchers, and practitioners. The Center promotes inquiry and design-based learning to engage learners in the understanding and application of mathematical, scientific, and technology/engineering concepts and principles. It functions as a school service center, a demonstration and professional development center for teachers, a product development center, and a community resource.

The STEM Center and TCNJ are pleased to announce the Central New Jersey Computer Science Education Hub is active, as of June 1, 2022. Our goal is to increase equitable access to high-quality Computer Science Education to K-12 students across New Jersey. For the 2022-2023 school year, we have in store a multitude of elementary, middle, and high school professional learning opportunities for educators, outreach events dedicated to engaging Central New Jersey in Computer Science, initiatives to expand the CS teacher workforce in New Jersey, and more.
