About the event

Congratulations on obtaining a seat for the Elementary Storytelling with Video Games in Scratch! workshop.

Location: Virtual, via Zoom. Zoom link will be sent out a few days prior to the workshop.

In this virtual workshop series, educators will learn the basics of the block-based programming language called Scratch! Topics will look at how students at the elementary school level can create their own variables, functions, and algorithms while integrating ELA concepts as we create characters and plots for our own interactive video games! There are limitless possibilities when designing our own programs, and the resources provided in the Scratch language makes these concepts accessible for a wide range of learners and educators!

You will be eligible to receive a stipend of $300 upon completion of the workshop.
