In this workshop, teachers will learn how to use one of the newest instructional resources for teaching robotics through UAS, the CoDrone EDU by RoboLink! In-Person at TCNJ on February 10, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM & Virtual Follow-Up February 26, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Must attend both sessions.

Room Location on Campus: Education Room 109
This workshop is being led by Jason Erdreich. You will receive a Robolink Drone for attending this workshop, along with a stipend of $300 upon completion of BOTH the in-person half-day workshop and the virtual half-day workshop (you will be ineligible to receive your stipend if you do not attend both sessions in full - please do not RSVP unless you are able to commit to both)
Classroom location on TCNJ's campus for Part 1 of this workshop is Education Building Room 109 - You can find a campus map with the building and its parking lot here: https://tcnj.edu/about/campus-info/campus-map/. Lunch is not provided, however there is a Campus Town at TCNJ's campus with many lunch options, including Panera Bread, Starbucks within TCNJ's Barnes and Noble, Yummy Sushi, and Jersey Mike's. Part 2 of this workshop is virtual via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link closer to the workshop date.
In this workshop, teachers will learn how to use one of the newest instructional resources for teaching robotics through UAS, the CoDrone EDU by RoboLink! With this resource, students may be engaged through real-world challenges and activities as they learn the fundamentals of programming autonomous drones to complete challenges and activities that integrate technology, physics, and problem solving skills. Takeaways from this workshop include an overview and training of the resource and programming platform, as well as challenges and instructional strategies to utilize in your classroom.
