Elementary Networks and the Internet with Makey Makey

Congratulations on obtaining a seat for the Elementary Networks and the Internet with Makey Makey workshop!

Room Location on Campus: Brower Student Center Room 104

You will receive Makey Makey materials for attending this workshop, along with a stipend of $300 upon completion of the workshop.

This workshop will begin with  teaching about networks and the internet including important vocabulary, resources, and student activities. It will include how individuals use computers to connect to other individuals, places, information, and ideas through a network. We will then move on to creating open and closed circuits. How do these relate to networks? We will add Makey Makey introduction, set-up, and activities. Incorporating the Makey Makey will bring networks full circle.

Parking information, including a parking pass, will be provided to you as the workshop approaches. Lunch is not provided, however there is a Campus Town at TCNJ's campus with many lunch options, including Panera Bread, Starbucks within TCNJ's Barnes and Noble, Yummy Sushi, and Pastadoro Italian.
